There should be an API Key link in this menu. Why is it that it is not there?

The “API Keys” section on Envato market (Settings → API) was for our legacy API, which was decommissioned a while back. Envato modern API can be found at https://build.envato.com/. Once you sign in there, you’ll see a “My Apps” page where you can generate a personal token to use with the modern API.
