Sorry, but it won’t be accepted - it looks unprofessional, it has major inconsistency, the whole design is not a logo-like. I don’t know what the b&w triangle is doing on the green circles - it doesn’t represent anything and it doesn’t catch the eye.
I think you should browse the most popular and also recently accepted logos here to see what I mean. Don’t copy the design, but try to catch the idea.
