Tenant Management System got hard rejected;

I had uploaded a Tenant Management System script in my codecanyon profile.

After 6 days of review the reviewer rejected it and told not to re-submit; He said and I quote “unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward”; Which is not very clear. I really would like to get some help regarding the rejection.

Please help me, anyone;

I am new here i upload my script 2 time both time i have different items

And both item was reject with same message.
