i want to start a business with Templates so i need to sell the Templates on my own name not for example Themeforest is there any reseller option on theme forest? Some Websites have this business but i can’t find information on theme forest. We wanted to sell everything from us to a customer we don’t want to tell the customer you can geht pictures from this community and templates there and so on a picture partner we already found but no template partner.
As far as I know this is not even legal.
Edit: I just stumbled upon this thread again and the very last answer by a staff member confirms that it’s illegal.
No, there isn’t.
and what is the reason for that? theme forest will make same money as on their own page we don´t need all templates just a few wp templates and so on the other way is to make psd´s and let them program in india for cheap.
Might be a good idea to ask Envato about that, not a public forum.

so what are you going to do when the “customer” stumbles across the same picture or template being used, and tries to sue the developer for copyright infringements little to find out that they were sold a template in the first place? if you going to use templates, stock photos or any other intellectual property that you didn’t create you must inform your clients you are someone else work
