yes but the problem is that this is basically saying to guys who repost without changing anything that they are right to do and that it can work … It is also sending some discredit on te system, as , even if we know that all reviewers have their on expectations and everything else , they also reject or approve the same thing from one to the other, which is also amounting to saying that all is a much more a matter of taste rather than any other thing , hence the unhappiness of some authors sometimes …
