Has anyone come across a responsive HTML5 template or WordPress theme

  • of a sign up or subscribe page with transparent overlay (dark or light) to the background
  • background with scrollable page (not just animated background images or video)
  • similar to https://www.patron.gallery or https://www.groupon.com/
    Any suggestions ?

Why not just use a modal plugin on any theme and tweak styling to make background transparent and embed a form in that?

there’s lots on CodeCanyon but something like this or as an addon to Visual Composer would work?
