Template not compatible with wordpress.

Hello how are you?

I would like to clear two doubts, I will translate but English is not my language.

I bought the theme: InBio - One Page Personal Portfolio Template

I haven’t read that it doesn’t have compatibility with Wordpress and I don’t have much idea how to edit it.
The only way I know how to edit this template is using (Visual Studio Code) and translate it line by line to my language and to the information I want. Would that be the only way?

Question 2: Due to the error, can I get a refund for the purchase?

That is not a Wordpress theme but static HTML template, so you can’t install it to WordPress.
As you’ve pointed out, the only way how to work with it is via some sort of code editor.
