I wonder if anyone knows a wordpress template that would be able to virtually replicate every design element of http://www.libdems.org.uk/?

Search ‘political’ and there’s a few - check ‘parliament’ and ‘Government’ (can;t link to files in forums sorry).
Many thanks for your help Charlie. The current Political templates are unfortunately very limited, and in many ways the LibDem design is more general than being overtly political. It may be that I need to look at powerful template like Kleo and that allow much to be done via Visual Composer.
It’s definitely an option, look at Foundry, Enfold, Be etc.
