Bought a theme called the7.
Working on a website. Created a page and saw the Template Library options, I then tried to select one theres no download option.
Tried to Activate License but takes me to a dead link saying “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page”.
What should I do to be able to download templates?

First of all I would check the documentation of the theme. If there you can’t find informations for your needs please do submit a ticket or get in touch with the seller of the theme by sending a comment on item’s page.

Make sure to submit ticket to theme’s author, not to Envato. In your case you should check the Support Tab from The7 Theme. There is a button “Go to item support”. Use it to submit a ticket with your problem
