I want to fill form W8. I am individual entrepreneur (I register firm and I am working mayself here). There is next on page about W8:
Registered as: An Individual, A Corporation.
Am I Individual or I am Corporation?
You declare money in your country as corporation? You’re Envato bills are from/for your corporation ? Then you must complete the company data .
Otherwise you can not benefit from double taxation treaty, if your country has a treaty with U.S. If data from Envato not are same with data from money declaration in your country.
i guess that this is the W7 form that he must fulfill in this case, right?
