Tatsu 404 in Exponent WP Theme

I started out with a new WP site and bought and downloaded Exponent.

Followed all directions and imported the demo site after all the plugins.

Watched their little vid about Setting Header Menu but clicking on the Tatsu Header Builder gives a 404. The entire site doesnt work as well.

Did I forget a plugin or did something go wrong?
