Task/Job Manager with Form

Hello there,

There’s a load of task management systems out there, but I’m looking for one that perhaps allows customers to fill out a form with all their requirements, it gets put into a list and I can track the time of it, then finish the job and once all approved it gets invoiced to the customer.

I know its very specific but maybe its something already built and I haven’t been able to see it.

Any help is much appreciated!
