In this example there are 30 items but more than 30 words. Would this get approved or does it literally have to be 30 words? Thanks in advance!

It should be fine, a keyword is understood as what’s between commas, even if it’s more than one word. Though, artificially stacking keywords between commas would be abusive and probably not allowed.
