Hi there guys. Has anybody here (succesfully) changed ContentID providers? I’m trying to quit my AdRev subscription and join Identifyy but AdRev is not responding to my mails. As far as I know there’s a 6 month period in which you can opt out from AdRev.
Any help appreciated!
Yes, many of us did.
I first contacted Identifyy, then sent a mail to AdRev through their contact form. They never replied to it, so I reached to one of their staff I had an email for. It went very quickly from there.
Don’t know about this 6-month thing. Didn’t have any issue.
