SWIFT Transfer Tracking Number

Hello All,

We received an email from Envato saying that we were sent money by SWIFT transfer. However, the normal period of time that it takes for a transfer to take place has passed and our bank has no record of it.

How can I get the routing number, transit number, trace wire and confirmation number for the SWIFT transfer? My bank needs the information to figure out the status and resolve any potential issues.

I’m not sure if you can get those informations from any place except Envato Support…
