Hi, I am new to envato elements. I recently downloaded the sassnex theme but am having problems. I then contacted the support department of sassnex but they only want to help me if I give them a purchase code so that they know that I have bought the theme. However, I have not received a purchase code by email or something.
Where can I find this purchase code? I have already looked in my admin and billing but I can’t find it anywhere.

Unfortunately, elements items do not come with p/codes or support in the same way that full copies from ThemeForest do
so there is no other solution than to buy the theme again at themeforest?
Item Support is not included in your Elements subscription ( https://help.elements.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000629166-Item-Support-on-Envato-Elements ) this is why you get access to millions of files for such a low cost. If you wish to get support you must purchase a license from ThemeForest or the marketplace the item belongs to.
