Can I review the history of a support ticket online? I have the email trail, but would like to review the current status
Hey @stevebower if you’re referring to the author support, this depends entirely on their chosen support system and how it was setup. With regards to tickets sent to Envato, that functionality is not currently available, but you can tweet your ticket id @envato_help to ask about the status, if you haven’t heard back for a while.
