Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Support Staff member to assist our international clients with technical support requests related to the Brooklyn WordPress Theme. This is a long-term, remote position with a fixed monthly salary paid in USD.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide email and ticket support for Brooklyn WordPress Theme users.
  • Answer questions about theme features, setup, and usage.
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps.
  • Report verified bugs and issues to the development team.
  • Assist with 3rd-party assets included in the theme (e.g., WPBakery, Slider Revolution).
  • Ensure users are on the latest Brooklyn version and clear cache conflicts.
  • Follow our strict support policy (no customizations, no installation services).
  • Maintain a friendly and professional communication style.
  • Respond to support requests within 24-48 business hours.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience with WordPress themes and page builders (WPBakery, Elementor).
  • Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress Codex standards.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written).
  • Familiarity with support ticket systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and patience.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Envato Market support procedures.
  • Direct experience with the Brooklyn WordPress Theme.
  • Basic knowledge of web hosting environments.
