Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Support Staff member to assist our international clients with technical support requests related to the Brooklyn WordPress Theme. This is a long-term, remote position with a fixed monthly salary paid in USD.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide email and ticket support for Brooklyn WordPress Theme users.
- Answer questions about theme features, setup, and usage.
- Guide users through troubleshooting steps.
- Report verified bugs and issues to the development team.
- Assist with 3rd-party assets included in the theme (e.g., WPBakery, Slider Revolution).
- Ensure users are on the latest Brooklyn version and clear cache conflicts.
- Follow our strict support policy (no customizations, no installation services).
- Maintain a friendly and professional communication style.
- Respond to support requests within 24-48 business hours.
Requirements:
- Solid experience with WordPress themes and page builders (WPBakery, Elementor).
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and WordPress Codex standards.
- Excellent English communication skills (written).
- Familiarity with support ticket systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Envato Market support procedures.
- Direct experience with the Brooklyn WordPress Theme.
- Basic knowledge of web hosting environments.
