Support renewed, but still unavailable

I have just renewed support for my licence for the OnAir2 theme, but I am still unable to get support. Pages state “You must have valid license to create new topic in this forum.”.

I just need a solution to the issue I have when trying to activate my code, any ideas please for getting support

Hi @T1ffer,

You can ask your query directly to the Item author by posting comments going through the Item Comments page.

Or send them a direct email going through the author profile page, there you will find a contact form.
