The bigger the company, the worser the contact options.
I want support for a payed item or a full refund for the product.
How do I do that?

It depends what the support you need is…

Presumably this is a purchase from the main marketplaces and not elements?

Assuming it is standard support Item Support Policy | ThemeForest then you should contact the author How to contact an author – Envato Market Help Center

If it is refunds then you need to check htis page Can I Get A Refund? – Envato Market Help Center if applicable fill out the form at the bottom
