I am a Elements subscriber but am fining it very difficult to get support for the Organie Magento 2 Theme I downloaded. I sent a email to support@arrowhitech.com as I cannot submit a ticket via there ticket system because Elements does not issue a purchase code … ?
Is there anyone here who can assist me in reaching out to these guys … I am thing I could have missed something.

You can email the author via their profile but here is no obligation for them to help.
Alternatively you can find freelance help at www.studio.envato.com
Hi … I unsubscribed to Elements as I am realising the digital content is flawed intentionally to solicit members to seek paid support!
I will just purchase my Templates some where else!

You can just purchase the theme on the ThemeForest and get 6 months of support.
Themes on Elements are aimed at more experienced customers who can work their way around without needing any help.
