I bough Stylemix Themes - Master Study theme from Envato Market/Themeforest with 12 months support option. I am trying to contact author or trying to find any other method to contact support.
When I am clicking on Go to item support, it takes me to sylemix themes and when I put that code it says This purchase code has already been used. There is no further option to get support. This purchase code is for this support and I already lost 7 months, please help and advice how to contact author?
