I paid Prakash M Dev from (removed) to help me customize one or their themes and he only did half the work and stopped responding to my emails to finish the project? very strange for sure. I have been very nice and polite and emailed him 10 times trying to get him to finish the custom work and actually make the website mobile ready and he has never responded. he promised me support for his work? he wont even fix the mobile problem?

According to Envato Market Item Support policy Item customization not included in item support. So, author is not responsible for the customization part. But if you did any agreement with them then you have to handle it through personal contact.
