Support charges

Hi guys, I purchased a support option for mievent on the 6th. I asked them questions on their support website, but didn’t receive any answer. Any other method to contact them? And why would I pay for support if left on my own? Thanks for letting me know!

Since when did you contacted them? If it’s less than 24hrs then I guess you need to wait more. They might be located in different timezone.
