Superfly Responsive Menu No Support at all

I left a ticket at 8th of June.
I quote: “Many times in laptop screens the 1st level menu items covers part of the logo. Normaly it should be possible to scroll down for all menu items to appear, but that’s not always the case. Is there some setting or any custom CSS to prevent this from happening? (your documentation page always returns a “page not found” code…) Thank you in advance.”

I received an automated answer. Since then no response.
I have my client politely asking when the issue will be fixed.
Thinking seriously to drop this plugin.
It seems that support needs support itself. But this leaves me totally unsupported. I’ve been as patient as I could….terrible support! I still have 5 days left for my official support period to end…

If you’re using the latest WordPress, it seems it’s not supported. It’s only till 6.5.x as the current version is 6.8.x

In addition, it’s a red flag that you want to get the refund because of you changed your mind after 175 days, asking for support and considering to “drop” the plugin.

On the other hand, the author seems not “available” for the support , at least for two months. You could still request refund if you still want to change the item:

Well, I didn’t mention anything about a refund.
My main concern is that if the production team is off-grid everyone who uses their plugin soon will have to search for an alternative. This is what I mean by saying " Thinking seriously to drop this plugin.

Anyway, in that case and if the support continues to be unavailable for the next days, refund is the way to go infront of this irresponsibility.
