Hi, I have a site utilising the SumUp payment gateway with woocommerce and it is allowing customers to place orders without first entering their credit card details within the SumUp section i.e. they can checkout without it stopping them and insisting they enter their payment method. The order then comes through to WooCommerce back end as Failed, but the customer receives an order confirmation saying their order has been successful. Can someone help please?
