My file was review in just about 6 hours and its great to know this review time I would like to make the file universal expression so can I do it now even if the file don’t have any reviews or I will have to wait for the reviews so as to update it .

Hi, you can update item right now, wait few hours or so it will be reviewed quickly, because files with updates have more priority than new.
