Hello community Designer I am in search of a modern template and optimized as I was watching as the7, Jupiter, Azoom, Salient and Kallyas, all of these templates the only well optimized is Jupiter but demos are not quality as the others mentioned.
Any recommendation?

You can’t judge speed using the demos for files here - they are all loading a ton of features and content which is far more than a real web site would ever use.
If you are after speed then a multipurpose esp. some of the biggest sellers on here probably are not the best option but that said some of the above as well as Enfold, Foundry and some others are all not bad at all especially given their scope.
