Suddenly the advanced layout builder is gone on only 1 webpage

I was editing 1 page of my wordpress website with the Enfold advanced layout builder. Suddenly the layout builder was not visible anymore and I saw a shortcode on my screen.

On my other pages of the website the advanced layout builder is still visible and working.

What can I do to resolve this?

if you have active support, contact the item author but it sounds like you have disabled one of the plugins.
