subscription to unlimited download and all the item are with same prices

My subscription was to do unlimited download for the after effect templet when I complete the payment I found the selected item cost me the as it was not a free item, I need to pertinently cancel the subscription and refund the payment or add this payment to my account credit so I can use for purchases other times for the template

Subscription for unlimited download applied to envato elements only. No unlimited download for VideoHive after effect templates.
