Subscribed, but it still asks for credit card number

Hi, I’ve subscribed and wanted to download one audio file, but it still wants me to buy. How this really works?

Subscriptions are for files on www.elements.envato.com rather than for example Audiojungle.

Some files are exclusive and some are available on both.

Thank you for your reply. It’s not clear what is what, it practically misleads: on Audiojungle page, on the bottom, it says “subscribe for unlimited downloads”. Which I clicked. I do not know the difference, because on the top of the same page it says “Envato market.” So “Envato” is everywhere. Things should be simpler than that.

You can cancel your subscription and get your money back, if you haven’t downloaded anything yet.
