I want to submit a Single Page Application written in Angular that wrapped as a WordPress Plugin to the Envato market. But I didn’t know that Envato approves SPA or not as WP Plugin. because they can’t review the SPA code (built with WebPack).

Whatever you submit needs to be fully editable so I doubt this would be ok
Yes, I doubt that too. but there is nowhere in Envato that officially approves or denies it.
We should submit our final production package right?
If we could submit our source code package to review then they can review it but I don’t know.
