Subject: Urgent Issue – Barnet Theme Broken, No Support, Request for Refund and Review of Seller

Dear Theme Forest Support Team,

We have completed the registration and purchase of the Barnet – Business Consulting WordPress Theme, and unfortunately, our experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Despite high expectations based on the design, the product has proven to be unusable and unsupported.

1- Issues Encountered:

Broken Demo Import
The demo content simply does not work as advertised. We followed all setup instructions carefully and attempted multiple imports, but the structure remains incomplete and broken. This is a basic feature for any premium theme and should function properly out of the box.

2- Terrible Support
We have contacted the author multiple times but received no real help. In most cases, there was either no response or a generic copy-paste reply that did not resolve the issue. For a paid product, this level of support is unacceptable.

3- Lack of Accountability and Customer Neglect
The seller seems to ignore customer concerns and only focuses on collecting payment. We submitted several tickets over the past month and still received no meaningful support. The only explanation provided was the Eid holiday — however, it has now been over a month with no updates or resolution.

4- Theme May Not Meet ThemeForest Policy Standards
It is unclear how this theme passed ThemeForest’s quality checks. Based on our experience, it does not meet the standards expected from products listed on your platform. We urge you to review whether this theme meets ThemeForest’s policies and quality assurance guidelines.

Our Request:

1- Please investigate this theme and seller to ensure they are following ThemeForest’s standards.

2- If the issue is not resolved immediately, we respectfully request a full refund.

3 - If the theme continues to violate your policy or remains unsupported, we suggest it be removed from the marketplace to protect future buyers.
