We bought 2 years ago a theme through theme forest and we installed on a a domain.
Unfortunately the domain was a demo domain that expired. We want now to install in on a real domain but the system does not allow us to do it and ask us to deregister it from old domain that does not exist.
Can someone help us and tell us what is the procedure to do
One license = one website ( end-product )
If you change the domain, you will need to purchase a new copy, you can’t use it for the new project.
Still, you can contact the item author, they may help you on this time but keep the expectations lower, they have rights to ask you to purchase a new copy.

Hello! We had put the licence key to website demositet1.club and we bought it again as you recommended, but it does not allow us to use the same licence key.
Can you please let me know why? or let us know if we have put the licence key to another domain and not demositet1.club?
