I have purchased the Stylemix Theme last year. I am not looking for any support - but I do want consistency. If the DEMO Content shows certain things it must show up the same way, when you install it at your end. It doesn’t. If it doesn’t - then it is gross misrepresentation. I cannot open a ticket with the Content Creator, why? I do not have an active support with them.
This is question for ENVATO / Themeforest - how are you enforcing compliance. We bought the Theme, it’s our prerogative when we use it and when we do, it must the fulfil the purpose for why it is being installed. I couldn’t get anywhere with Stylemix - please help.
It’s impossible to comment without knowing what is/is not present. What part of the demo do you think is missing?
You could try item comments or else contact Envato but you need to be certain that something is wrong and it’s not down to anything else.
Demos won’t look identical until the demo content is installed and the theme options etc are configured correctly (that’s the same with any WP theme).
That’s a near perfect rated theme from @StylemixThemes who are a power elite author so it seems unlikely that there should be issues with their items @StylemixThemes_Support1 @StylemixThemes_Support

You have usually 6 months support that you should consider to use the item within that period of time. If you passed that, you will need to extend your support period to get some support from the team but it’s most likely you’re missing something. Some themes allows one click installation, others required “configuration” to make it look like the “demo”. Check the documentation, I’m pretty sure you’d find some information over there.

Regarding the demo import issue, could you please provide more details about which demo you selected, which page builder you’re using, and what specifically isn’t displaying correctly? Additionally, please check if your system meets the recommended requirements outlined here: System Requirements | Consulting Theme Documentation. We also recommend using a PHP version no higher than 8.0, as while the theme supports PHP from 7.4 and above, versions 8.0 or greater can impact the theme and WordPress overall, with WordPress core currently offering only “beta support” for these versions.
