I just bought a theme and when trying to install it in .zip file, it tells me that the stylesheet style.css is missing.
The theme is Part0 Creative Personal Portfolio

That is not a WordPress theme - it is a Elementor Template kit.
Use a link above and in item description you have a link to video guide and documentation file - check that.
