Store Locator Template

Hi Guys,
If you could help me find a small template for a store locator I need for one of my client. I just need a single page template where there can be a list of City and Area and Details. After selecting the area some details should pop up about where the store is exactly located. Have you seen anything like this on TF? I hope someone know some sort of template. I don’t know what it’s called so I am not able to find one.

Not sure if you can find it here on TF but look on Codecanyon. There are plenty of scripts (js, jquery or php) that can be imbedded in any template.
