Trying to get help on deepsound app that stopped working. Can’t get clarity on who to contact. Every time I contact through the Author on the page I am told wrong author.

No you can’t do so yet, if they used wrong Email they have to use correct Email to register for recovery.

OK I will check but also have a question how my supposed to change the users password if I don’t know what the existing password is and if you can’t use the forgot password link because the email create it was deliberately fake if I have admin should I be able to just create the password without having to know what the original one was
