Hello, I’m designing an ecommerce theme and would like to use some photos as placeholders, something similar to other themes out there. Where can I find them? - I checked the popular stockphoto sites but I guess that somewhere should be a bundle or something similar.

No bundles as far as I know, you need choose and download one by one
