What error are you getting? Could you please copy-paste the error here? Maybe somebody in our community has seen the error before and can help.

Also, one thing to check is that the purchase code is correct (make sure it does not have blank spaces in the beginning and at the end when you copy-paste it).

I saw that this author’s response time can be up to 5 business days, as stated on his support tab. I am sure he has a lot of questions from customers to reply to, so maybe he just need some more time to reply.
