Hi, The error is not related to validation of purchase code. It’s only due to internet stability. On that step, the purchase code and username will verify from our server. Please make sure your internet work properly. Thanks

Please note that opening multiple threads in the forums or multiple comments in author’s item comments section will not help solving issues faster :slight_smile:

What error are you getting? Could you please copy-paste the error here? Maybe somebody in our community has seen the error before and can help.

Also, one thing to check is that the purchase code is correct (make sure it does not have blank spaces in the beginning and at the end when you copy-paste it).

I saw that this author’s response time can be up to 5 business days, as stated on his support tab. I am sure he has a lot of questions from customers to reply to, so maybe he just need some more time to reply.

Please don’t open same issue on multiple place, I have seen this on facebook recommend, chat and here. If you see the support, we only check the comments page regularly for support.

The issue you having is that your request is not reaching to our server, and this is already answered in the docs/help.

As we can’t check local install for you, you need to install it on live server and let us know the result by single medium preferably item comments page. If we need some private info, we will request to email.
