Stock footage rejected

I started creating content for Videohive a few weeks ago and a lot of good quality videos have been rejected : “We have completed our review of “A vinyl disc on the turntable, closeup panning” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.”

I’m pretty sure that the problem was the h264 compression that shows some banding but the e-mail says I won’t be able to re-submit this item again. Can I encode it with a better codec like DNxHR HQ and re-upload it? Or I can’t re-submit it anyway?

Thank you!

If the problem was only in the format, you would receive Soft Reject with a request to change the format. But since this is Hard Reject, you cannot reload it

So would you help me to understand what is wrong with this for example?

Trouble that VIP authors already submitted it and makes quite a good profit from it. I also tried to submit a fireplace, car key turn… all were rejected (quality was ok).
