still when someone choose location they can see other posts

Hope you are doing good,
I have a wp site, in which i am using WordPress “Couponis” theme with “wpml”, “Country Select Box” , “Coupoins” plugin the link is shown below, When the visitor choose for example UAE as he/she location all the posts that shows is that selected to this location so the posts in the website will be showing depend on the location the visitor will select
this option
still when someone choose location they can see other posts
for example choose Saudi and search about Jumia you will see post for it and Jumia is Egyptian post.
please help
