Hi, still i have not received my envato market earnings its almost 6 days got over, i raised the ticket my ticket id is " 2125157", but i didn’t get any response from the finance team
When did you put in the support ticket? It can sometimes take about a week for them to respond. Unfortunately I don’t think anyone here will be able to help you.
Hi, Thanks for the reply actually i got the response from envato the issue has been resolved, the issue is from payoneer due to some bank accounts set up…they sent me the payment immediately when i addressed the complaint…
