I see for years authors have been asking for sticky post/comment feature in the comments section of products. Still not implemented, how difficult is that?
Envato staff, it is about time to implement one, it has a lot of value for authors and customers when it comes to sharing important messages/notifications.
It is extremely difficult because the core of envato is dated.
Why don’t you use FAQ section instead?
Based on google analytics stats that we saw, FAQ page is visited very rarely in our case, not like comments page…
Not sure what to comment but that’s the another thing you would need to do - you can link FAQ page on the item details, could help.
