To Forum members, OurCMS is a new member here and want to create a StarterKit for Umbraco CMS.

What are the required steps before publishing the item on Envato ThemeForest? Is it obligate to have a server to preview your work?

What is the main check-list to avoid get your item rejected by moderators?
