site template review time decreased to 9 days but i am still waiting for 1st review and it’s 17 days now

Hello, to people saying that they are waiting for 2 months, It says “2 months” from the 45th day , not the 60th !!! So you are not waiting for 70 days. One of our themes has 45 days today and it says it was submitted 2 months ago, so as I said 2 months means over 45 days.

I’ve been here since the beginning and Envato has grown immensely however the track record for these types of issues to be remedied is always when it reaches a massive breaking point then you guys seem to try to jump on it, which is ridiculous isn’t anyone doing any kind of forecasting? This is some Business 101 kind of stuff, its pretty disappointing and it only makes you guys look disorganized as hell.

Looks like we were wrong there is a new author bias and apparently an elite author bias. Raised a lot of questions though, is this on all marketplaces? What do they mean when they say devaluing when a item is submitted several times - if that means they have several hard rejects then that makes sense. It was also interesting to find out that it’s never been a first come first served system.
Looks like there are problems on all marketplaces. The quality issue is a problem on TF as well. Many of the new items are from new users and with poor quality. They say that they have a lot of new submissions, so the quality should have rise. But is the other way around. Makes no sense…

Just see the “SAME OLD 35” days is now changed to 32 for WP themes
And they are showing 8 days for Html Template and today is the 18th day for my template ? what’s goes wrong

Soft reject for having the preview image called screenshot.jpg and not 01_preview.jpg - it was the only screenshot so not like it could be confused.
Is that not taking things a little too far? Now have to wait the resubmission queue time.

That has been a rule for as long as I remember ( author for 5 years ). The system needs those images to be called properly in order to recognize them.
Never done it with our other themes and they got approved
More than 2 months for one of my wordpress item. Not been review yet.
