"Special Circumstance" for my whole portfolio

Hi all,

Several months ago I learned that as a PRS member I was breaching contract selling on audio jungle, now that the good news of PROs being allowed to sell has been announced, I can happily get back to business here!

I was advised by the help that they could Soft Disable my portfolio.

I’ve now gone through all the tracks that were soft disabled and sent them for approval, as instructed, but every single track has been held with a “special circumstance” note next to it on my dashboard…

Any ideas or help would be great!

I’m guessing they are holding them until October as it is from then that PRO registered music will be allowed.

…or if you uploaded all the tracks at once, that could be the reason for “special circumstances”.
