Spamming comment

Hello,

One of user continue spamming with comment with bad words and abusive or offensive. Already reported on comment section approximately 10 to 15 times. Can any one help me with what should we need to do more if someone used bad words or comments. I am attaching user comment screenshot

Yes already did but its too much time doing this thing. Waiting for envato team revert.
