For the last few months, I’ve been reporting spam comments on all of my products. There are bot users advertising some custom development services. Does Envato have a plan to stop this? It is very annoying having to report them one by one every time they pop up.

You can flag that comment from item comments page, Envato team will remove it ASAP
You can also open ticket to envato it they will found account is doing spam they will disable that account for further.
